The Trail Marker Path

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Three markers, no surprises. This is the exact route every new patient walks at 19 Mohawk Drive.

STEP 01

Schedule Your Visit

Book online or call (864) 568-5293. Appointment blocks run Monday through Thursday: mornings, afternoons, and Tuesday midday. The front desk confirms your time personally, so you are never guessing whether a slot is real.

STEP 02

Your Exam and First Adjustment

Your first visit covers your health history, a focused exam, and X-rays when your case calls for them. Dr. Maurer explains what he finds in plain language, and when your case fits, your first adjustment happens the same visit.

STEP 03

Your Care Plan

Care is mapped across the 5 Essentials: chiropractic, mindset, nutrition, exercise, and detoxification, built for your goals and your pace. You leave knowing the plan, the why, and the next step.

Patient Paperwork

Complete Your Forms Before You Arrive

Download, print, and fill out your paperwork ahead of time so your appointment goes to your exam, not a clipboard. Fill out every section as completely as you can. Questions? Call (864) 568-5293.

Insurance and Forms

Coverage and costs vary from plan to plan, so the honest answer is to ask us directly before your first visit.

Call (864) 568-5293 and the front desk will walk you through your options and what to expect. No guessing at the front counter on day one.

Plan a few extra minutes at your first visit for intake paperwork. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and clothes you can move comfortably in.

Two Ways In

Getting Started

Our hours are dedicated adjustment blocks, which is why every request gets confirmed personally instead of auto-booked.

Before You Ask

New Patient Questions, Answered

Can I complete paperwork before I arrive?

Yes. Intake paperwork can be handled ahead of your visit so your appointment time goes to the exam. The front desk will set you up when they confirm your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

Coverage and costs vary from plan to plan, so the honest answer is to ask us directly. Call (864) 568-5293 before your first visit and the front desk will walk you through your options.

What should I wear or bring?

Clothes you can move comfortably in, a photo ID, and your insurance card if you have one. If X-rays are needed, ordinary comfortable clothing works fine.
